YEAH!!!! My boys always were out in the rain (if it wasn't too hard) and jumping puddles. we'd go to the park after a rain just so they could slide into puddles and swing on the swingsets with puddles under them.
Haha, I love it! Rain certainly doesn't hurt anything and in little boy land actually seems to enhance the place experience. Of course the muddier the better!
